Sanxing Feirong SUPPLY 5L stirred beads mill without sieve and shaft sealing

5L Lab-scale beads mill is producted by Shenzhen Sanxing Feirong Machine Co.,Ltd. which with high efficency.

This kind of beads mill can grind the material to sub-micron or nano-sized by using small gringding beads with a diameter of 0.1-0.2mm. This machine is espcially suit for expensive or small amount of particulate sample.

- Effective grinding/dispersing with pin/counter-pin turbine agitator at high speeds;

- Use of wear-resistance materials (Ceramic, Alloy steel, PU);

- Production of micron, sub-micron even nano-particles with narrower size distribution;

- Use of small beads 0.1-1.2 mm as grinding media;

- Sealless structure, without sealing leakage;

- Discharge and beads separation without sieve; 

- No over- grinding due to on-time discharge of fine particles from the grinding chamber;

- Effective energy consumed on mainly grinding coarse particles during the process, and the energy utilization efficiency is increased by > 50%.

- Adjustment of temperature by controlling flowrate, especially for thermo-sensitive materials.
